Any stage of parenting (which includes pregnancy) is demanding and we all have moments (and sometimes extended periods) where we feel isolated and lonely, anxious, low in mood and so much more, as well as unsure if we’re doing the right thing for ourselves, our babies and our family. This is a time of huge learning and development, not just for our little ones but for us Mums (and Dads) too, whether you’re expecting your first or have just had your fourth baby.
